Refund policy

At OLOA, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Returns:

    • We do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed products for health and safety reasons.
    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  2. Refunds:

    • Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective products.
    • To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  3. Exchanges:

    • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with the same item.
